The ability to leader your people well is crucial. Green will provide leaders a new level of leading your people to stay engaged. We will leverage the SDI 2.0 Inventory to help each leader lead with Courage and Conviction.

Bourbon goes through a distilling process and rests in barrels to become what it was meant to become. We are going to spend a few days together to "distill" your purpose. We will experience rest and help you be a leader leaving a legacy worth remembering.

Experience | Green

Dallas, TX

We will focus on executive level strategic communication that drives execution. This is a golf experience, but you don’t have to be a golfer to enjoy it! We will spend time on a beautiful courses putting what we are learning to practice.

Experience | Drive

Atlanta, GA

We will focus on executive level ownership and agility. Learn how to race a Porsche through various obstacles and apply the lessons to your leadership. This experience will wrap-up with an executive round table.
