I arrived to Distilled “fuzzy” about how to move forward on a very specific, strategic need. With feedback from the facilitators and participants, I left Distilled with a plan to communicate and execute. Distilled enabled me to get away for a couple of days to dedicate time on strategy, with other leaders and executives from various industries, who were able to provide insight and advice on my most critical go-forward initiatives. I benefited most from the dedicated focus time (without the day-to-day interruptions), not having to figure it out alone, and also, the facilitated discussions that enabled me to think differently about strategy and come away with a specific plan.
