    During this interactive, highly participatory session, participants will explore how to achieve results while enhancing relationships, navigating conflict, and leading from their strengths. Teams will leave with an understanding of one another that dispels misunderstandings and chaos, replacing them with appreciation and acceptance of the unique attributes each member brings to the team. Teams will learn to understand one another, manage conflict effectively, and bring out the best in themselves and their team members.
