What is the Courageous Mangers Virtual Cohort?
The interactive cohort is a group of mangers who are ready to lead with conviction and courage. This is a personalized interactive live virtual training experience with five sessions. Leaders will learn from our world class facilitators, proven manage as coach content, and peers in other industries and roles from organizations of all sizes across the country.
What makes this program great?
Insight Leadership facilitation is highly interactive and solution driven content leveraged by retail, AEC, healthcare, and tech companies ranging from start-up to fortune 500 organizations.
Sessions are not webinars with PPT slides.
Everyone participates, processes, and learns during our virtual sessions.
We leverage the Core Strengths Inventory to help each leader gain needed insights to improve their leadership, strengths, communication and ability to navigate conflict.
Each leader creates a personal leadership development plan
