“Loving life at work and home are often mere words on a page, but Michael Brown truly embodies this philosophy through his masterful facilitation. Michael excels in tailoring his content to meet the genuine needs of the organization. He achieves this by immersing himself in the business, understanding its intricacies, and then collaborating to deliver content that aligns seamlessly with the company’s values. Having personally collaborated with numerous companies in the realm of leadership coaching, I can confidently assert that Michael Brown’s Insight Leadership Group stands a step ahead. In a world where change is the only constant, it is crucial to balance rest, hustle, and grind to become an effective transformational leader who thrives both at work and at home. I wholeheartedly recommend Michael Brown and his team to any organization or leader with a growth mindset.”
“Insight executive coaching helped me to be more intentional and thoughtful in my engagements with employees and in seeking a more effective work life balance.”
Brian Marsh, CEO, Goodwill
“Insight executive coaching provided me with invaluable insight into the composition of my team. This coaching will help us navigate our changing technology environment by giving us the tools to better communicate and understand perspectives.”
Stacy James, Executive, Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield
“Michael designed the programming and led facilitation for the inaugural cohort of the Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy. He threaded a proprietary, science-based strengths assessment throughout the leadership training and provided an opportunity to practice building a values-based culture. If that sounds too dry... let me put it this way, if you want top-notch leadership coaching/mentorship with some laughs along the way, then Michael is a must!”
Bryan Barnhouse, CEO, AIA
