It’s a message about thriving on a daily basis free of shame, anxiousness and fear. It’s a message about living with the peace of Christ on a daily basis through HIS purpose for our lives.

    Every week our churches fill the seats with amazing people navigating life through the power of the Holy Spirit. Christians light up when they realize the Kingdom impact their daily work can have. Lives change when the church sees the marketplace as their ministry. Michael and Meg unpack Genesis 1-3 to encourage and share that we can worship through our daily work and that the workplace is our ministry.

    Michael and Meg Brown co-preach an impactful and practical message unpacking our identify in Christ and the key to living out a healthy marriage based on the biblical principles of Ephesians 5.

    Michael and Meg weave personal stories, biblical truths, and lessons learned through high pressure situations to encourage and equip couples to honor one another and Christ with their marriage.

Michael’s Bio in a few Paragraphs

Michael Brown is a husband, father, leadership practitioner, entrepreneur, author, and former church planter. Michael is a graduate of ozark Christian college and served the chruch in vocational and Bi-vocational ministry for 18 years.

Michael views his work as a daily ministry to the marketplace and is passionate about helping everyone find purpose through serving christ at work and home.

Michael and Meg have been married over 20 years. They have 4 children who keep them on their toes. They have had over 15 foster children in thier home and had the opportunity adopt their little girl. his wife Meg brown leads the behold collective, a ministry training and equipping women to disciple women.

Currently Michael has over 15 years consulting, training, and implementing transformational leadership programs for senior-leaders at organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Goodwill, Kraft Heizn, Tyson, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, and Hershey, to name a few.

Michael is an author, executive coach, and keynote speaker, addressing audiences from 50 to 2,000 leaders. He is a frequent guest speaker for national Sales meetings across the country.

While michael continues leading Insight Leadership Group he looks forward to the opportunity to encourage you and your congregation to follow Christ.

Michael holds a B.A. from Ozark Christian College and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University. He is the C0-author of Followship: Servant Leaders Serving Leaders, which helps managers quickly strengthen relationships with their team members to serve their growth and development. He also served as an Emotional Intelligence adjunct instructor at the University of Arkansas. Michael is a Master Facilitator and is a recipient of the 40 under 40 award through Arkansas Business.

Michael makes divots in fairways in his spare time, tries to fly fish and mountain bikes – all while coaching his kids’ world championship soccer teams (okay, they might not be world champions yet).
